Thank you for using TripWander (the “App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App provides travel planning, budget tracking, and content sharing features (image/PDF generation). All data is stored locally on the user’s device.
You retain ownership of all text, images, and other content you create within the App (“User Content”). You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
The App offers a premium feature to unlock advanced sharing templates.
3.1 Purchase Type: This is a non-consumable, one-time purchase. A single payment permanently unlocks all current and future premium templates.
3.2 Payments and Refunds: All payments are processed by Apple App Store. Refund requests must be handled directly through Apple Support.
3.3 Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the App or change devices, you may restore your purchase for free using the same Apple ID.
4.1 Local Storage: The App does not provide cloud synchronization. If the App is deleted or the device is lost without backup, data cannot be recovered.
4.2 Disclaimer: The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by user actions or device failure. Regular backups are strongly recommended.
All app design, code, UI, and built-in templates (excluding user-generated content) are owned by the developer. Reverse engineering or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms when necessary. Updated terms will become effective once published in the App.
